As someone in the midst of her first book and first time working with a professional editor, I so very much appreciate these reflections of writing and the interdependent relationship between creator and the creator's cultivator (editor). It is a practice for both of those who enter such a tender and personal relationship! I also I love seeing your father's journal. They remind me of my own.
